What Do My Blood And Urine Test Results Indicate?

sir in my Urine result Leukocytes 2 to 4 & Red blood cells are 6 to 8 shows for the last two months i had repeated my test on 15.10-2015 but result is same Creatinine serum 0.9 mg/dl kidney ultra sound test Right kidney measuring 10.0x4.5 cm left kidney 11.2x5.7 cm. what treatment or further tests you suggest in this situation?

what is your age , what were your symptoms leading to these investigation, any stone or growth on USG, smoking or tobacco use.. Urinary flow frequency urgency ? this hematuria need evaluation.
