What Do Orange Strings In Stool While Suffering From Hemorrhoids Mean?

Hi i m 21 years of age and have recently found what seemed to be small hemorrhoids on the outside of my anus. I m not one who has ever had many health issues but did contract Chlamydia in the past year. since than i am rid of such infection and have been tested for all other STI s and HIV/AIDS, Hep C etc which all came back negative. I am an athlete and as such have taken protein powders which has increased mass of my stool through out the years , nothing catastrophic, but more enlarged than what i would think is normal . Along with the hemorrhoids for lack of identification i will call them that, i have noticed small orange colored strings in my stool and after wiping. No blood in my stool has been found although a few times in the last couple years i have had mild bleeding when passing stool after doing stupid things like eating shelled sunflower seeds. No blood otherwise. just wondering if any of this is a cause for concern, especially the odd orange strings i see sometimes
