What Do Pain And Itching In The Shin After An Injury Indicate?

10 weeks ago I hit my lower shin. I had a large bruise with a marble size hard spot. The bruise went away but the hard spot still hurts and it itches too. Additionally, I fell on my rear end 5 days ago and injured my tailbone. I have a huge bruise and big lump. It s very uncomfortable. All of a sudden today my middle right back started hurting. It feels like my ribs maybe. I m concerned about a blood clot.
