I NOW HAVE OPEN WOUNDS ON MY LOWER LEG ALSO I HAVE BEEN GOING TO u OF M FOR 2 YEARS THEY DON T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME THEY JUST KNOW I AM ANA POSITIVE AND ARE TREATING ME LIKE IHAVE LUPUS WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

itisnotlupus. it can be nephrotic syndrome. renal profile should be done. any abnormality detected should be treated. can consult nephrologist for for clinical examination and advise in diagnosis and further investigation. you are not having lupus which is autoimune disorder diagnosed by compliment fixation test broad spectrum antibiotic are used for treatment can take second opinion on diagnosis and treatment.
