What Do Pain And Swelling In The Legs Indicate?

I banged the front part of my leg, right above my ankle. It swelled up immediately and it hurts. It s a burning pain with a searing pain when I use my ankle/leg. Should I get an X-ray? There is pain when I lightly touch along the side of the swollen area.

Hello

thank you for trusting HCM

Dear if you're able walk means no fracture I think but swelling maybe due subcutaneous edema.

It may take few days to subside,Use hot or cold compressions. use pan killers like tab.lyser d twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will take x-ray and treat you accordingly.

Take care
