What Do Pain In The Lower Abdomen And Constricted Urine Stream Indicate?

I have (Started Sunday night) pain in my lower abdomen and I believe it may be a bladder infection or a lower intestinal infection. I had an issue with lower inyestine about (2) years ago and the Dr. did a colonoscopy and removed some puss from my intestine. I feel this pain is similar, but when I urinate, it feels like by bladder is constricting and my stream is not has strong as it typically is. Could be a swollen prostrate as I am 57 years old. However, every year I get a physical and have not had prostrate issues in the past Thoughts?

Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

I have read carefully your history and I think that these symptoms could be related to bladder infection or swollen prostate but you should do an abdominal ultrasound, a urine test and PSA to define better the diagnosis.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
