What Do Pain In The Lower Abdominal Area, Stomach Rumbles And Bloating Indicate?

I have pain in my lower abdominal area. First week i had upset stomach had the runs and my stomach was making lots of noise and would have a bowel movement as soon as I ate . Second week , I became bloated and felt constipated , and felt very gassy. My stomach is very bloated and swollen and It bothers to me to move an inch sleep, move or walk. I finally had a bowel movement last night after a couple of days of constipation. I feel just a little better but ithe pain is veryu pain and it comes and goes. Help pleAES?

This is indicating inflammatory bowel diseases so you should do a colonoscopy to rule this out.
