What Do Popping, Burning And Throbbing Pain In Both Knees Mean?

I have been having burning, throbbing pain in both of my knees. I cannot walk for extended time without them hurting badly. I also cannot climb stairs one at a time, I have to double step each one and use the hand rail to help myself up and down. I have a lot of popping and snaping with the aching all day long, what can I do?

I have studied your case and I think there can be two conditions that can cause such symptoms.
1. Knee cartilage damage - It is common in young age and aggravate by exercise, running and jumping. it can be confirmed by MRI examination and treatment is possible by physiotherapy and also with dicerin which is a drug for cartilage healing.
2. It can be knee arthritis which is next step of cartilage damage and it can be treated with exercises in early stage and by surgery in latter stage.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
