Hi,

You are having pyuria as per report since there is the presence of pus cells in urine. So it is suggestive of acute urinary tract infection. It can be urethritis or cystitis or other upper kidney tract infective etiology.

The clinical correlation is needed in such cases.

Antibiotic course needs to be prescribed as per urine culture report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
