What Do Recurrent Headaches Indicate?

I have had recurring headaches for about four months. I have had physical therapy, a nuclear stress test on my heart, a CT Scan, chiropractic treatment on my neck and back, and I have sleep apnea and wear a headband to hold the mask on my face. I have been to the ER, Urgent Care, and an internal medicine specialist as well as my family doctor. I have tried my daughter s biomat and swallowed bottles of Tylenol, Advil, and Ibuprofen. Now I have a supply of ketorolac on a short term basis. I went in for an MRI yesterday but have no results yet. I just can t break these headaches. I am 74 years old and scared.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I think you should visit a neurologist because migraine is suspected.
He can give you prescribed drugs because otc antiinflamatories are not effective.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
