hi mam, do't worry, because worry is not a solution. blood in urine is always abnormal. now presently important thing is to find out the cause for it. the initial investigation should be sonography and few others. it may be the side effect of few medicines. so the over all status should be checked carefully. consult a urologist or a nephrologist near by. he will give u the best opinion. if uro/nephro-logist is not available, consult a paediatrician for definitive diagnosis. this should not be a major thing to worry and he will be alright soon.
