What Do Red Spots On Skin Indicate?

There is a red spots appeared on my sons skin...my nanny said it was an imon-imon skin disease.what was that?whats the possible treatment?is it itchy?my son is 1year old only and cant bare to sleep and he keeps on scratching..please help...thanks and more power.

sometimes red rash may be allergic and if its associated with fever can be due to some infection. use an aloe vera based lotion daily 4 times along with an antihistamini. syp like atarax
