What Do Red Spots On The Skin Along With Appetite Loss And Pain In The Thighs Indicate?
trying to decide between E.R. or scheduling a doctors appointment I have wide spread small red spots on skin not raised, no fever, not itching, loss of appetite, slightly lethargic, slight sore throat, have been experiencing painful sensation in thighs and back at night for rough past week, just noticed red spots today.

Kindly meet a physician and do a blood checkup. You can have your ESR, CRP and rheumatoid factor checked up as you have a sore throat and pain in the thigh and back chances are there that it can be due to rheumatic fever. Kindly meet a doctor and show your problem.
