What Do Severe Fatigue And Dizziness While Suffering From Alzheimer S Disease Indicate?

My 93 year old Dad has advanced Alzheimers & is in a residential living facility. He now has extreme fatigue (sleeps during day), pale waxy slightly yellow skin, blueish fingernail beds, difficulty walking even short distances (new), difficulty with balance, extremely disoriented( much more than a month ago), and lower back pain over last 2 months which comes & goes. At doctor visit discovered He is slightly dehydrated and quite anemic. He is now so confused he doesn t know day from night, what city or state he s in, or who anyone is. Thoughts?
