What Do Small Bumps On The Tonsils Indicate?

I am 11 years old. I don t think my mom realizes this, but I have orange bumps on my tonsils, and a very veiny/orange throat. I don t know if it s bad or good. Please help my throat feels bad, but my mom doesn t think I m sick! Is there a cause of this? I m only 11 years old I don t know what I did.

hi dear, relax.i'm very much impressed with your observation.actually i would like to know some more details like any pain in throat when swallowing,are you suffering from or had suffered in the recent past from fever or upper respiratory infection.still i can mention you some conditions as follows:
painful:
tonsillitis,tonsillar abscess,viral pharyngitis,streptococcal or viral
infections.
painless:
it might be a normal variation of anatomy.
if you had suffered from pharyngitis or tonsillitis in the recent
past,these spots may be the result of that infection and might
take some time to disappear.
any way,please show your mom my clarification and do go for a consultation of an ENT specialist as thorough examination is key for accurate diagnosis.hope you understand my point.thank you.take care.bye.
