Hi, I have been having small particles in my urine and pee quite frequently. I went to the doctor and have had urine and blood test, which came back normal. I haven't been sexually active for 8 months and haven't seen any signs of std's. Is there anything else that can cause this?
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Small particles in urine indicate possible gravels or sediments most likely. As the urine report is normal, there is nothing to look further at present.
I recommend to double the intake of water, observe the same for subsequent 2-3 days, later if problem persists then get a prescription of ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis from your doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

In absence of infection in urine test, there can be possible gravels passing in the urine, which can give resemblance to particles.
I would like to comment further with the report as an attachment.
Thanks.
