Hello doctor, my grand pa is getting blood from mouth in saliva twice a day... We took him to ESIC(Employees state insurence corporation. After several investigations.. They took CT CHEST WITH IV CONTRAST and ENDOSCOPY IMPRESSION: - SMALL SUBPLEURAL NODULE WITH FEW FIBROTIC STRANDS NOTED IN THE POSTEROBASAL SEGMENTS OF RIGHT LOWER LOBE. - BILATERAL RENAL CORTICAL CYSTS. - ? HEPATIC CYSTS NOTED IN LEFT LOBE OF LIVER. ENDOSCOPIC REPORT DUODENUM D1 :: Deformed. ( no active ulcer/blood etc.) D2 :: Normal Endoscopic Opinion : deformed cap. Rest normal study. What is the problem doctor?

Nothing in the reports sound serious. The lung nodule could require bronchoscopy or a repeat CT scan in 3-6 months.
