What Do Swelling And Bloating Throughout The Body After Blood Donation Indicate?
I donated blood on last Wednesday. I am 5 4 and weigh about 112lb. After giving the blood I did not feel tired at all or didn t feel lightheaded. However, I noticed that my body began to swell and feel very bloated. just over 3 days I gained about 5lb. Could you please explain what is going on? is there anything I could do?
