If mild to moderate osteoarthritis: -- Strictly avoid squatting / sitting cross legged -- Use western toilet only -- Physiotherapy a) Quadriceps exercises ( dynamic and static ) b) Ultrasoundmassage c) chondroitin sulphate supplements IF NOT RELIEVED THEN, intra-articular steroid injection wil do the job.
