What Do Symptoms Such As Bloating, Nausea And Lower Back Pain Indicate?

Hi, I have been having some nausea, feeling of fullness at all times, bloating, gas, dull pain on right side. Feels like my gall bladder is enlarged. Had a severe sharp pain on lower left a few days ago with gas but still have a dull ache. Did coffee enema to relieve any blockages but did not help.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastroenteritis. I suggest using an over the counter option to treat diarrhea such as Imodium. I also suggest using Simethicone medications for the bloating. I recommend ti drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.
