Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

No need to worry. These values are not grossly abnormal. You are having a mild decreased function of thyroid and boderline elevated prolactin values. The thyroid problem can be treated with thyroxine hormone replacement after consulting your doctor. The prolactin elevation may be due to hypothyroidism, PCOD some drugs or very rarely due to prolactinoma. So first correct hypothyroidism, stop other medications and repeat a prolactin after 3 months.

Most probably your prolactin levels and weight gain will normalise with treatment of hypothyroidism.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
