What Do Tightness In The Chest And Pressure In The Head Indicate?
Hello, Since Monday my heart has been fluttering really bad to where I will have to inhale and exhale a few times. It is happening now as I am resting in the bed. I went to see a doctor, but it said it might just be a mild anxiety attack. What could the tightness in my chest, and pressure in my head be symptoms of?

It can be due to anxiety acid reflux disease or due to heart issue. Tell me about your age, gender, history of stomach acidity, gases, smoking and restlessness and any stress your feedback will help to address it properly.
