What Do Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Cramps After A Miscarriage Indicate?

Hi on Tuesday I went through d&c because of missed miscarriage. I was 6 weeks pregnant. I faced light spotting and minor cramping till 3 days and I didn notice anything unexpected. My concern is that I have lately started feeling so fatigued and have mid back ache that spreads to my ribs as well. Plz advice me if this is to be concerned or it s just my body trying to heal. I thankyou in advance for ur worthy and kind advice

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Miscarriage can lead to uterine infections because of retained products of conception.
And this kind of uterine infection can cause backache, spotting, abdominal cramps etc.. So better to consult gynecologist and get done examination of uterine cavity.
You will need antibiotics and painkiller drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
