What Do White Particles In Urine Indicate?

Hi. For at least a few weeks, I have had cloudy white floaters in my urine and within the past week, I ve noticed that the smell has gotten stronger and it smells foul and too sweet at the same time. I am frequently itchy as well. A few days ago, as I was going to the bathroom, I noticed a (molasses-consistency) blob hanging from my pubic hair and it was mostly clear with ribbons of cloudiness snaking through it. It was a little alarming because I ve never seen something like that before; the closest I can get to it is the little bit of vaginal discharge I sometimes get, but it was more globular and different. I ve finally had enough of waiting; I thought the floaters and smell would leave if I waited long enough. I m a nineteen year old female, attending college and I don t think it s related to stress. Can anyone tell me what this is? Is it a UTI? Do I need to do anything about it?
