What Do White Seeds In Stool Indicate?

I started taking paraway and pararid that came together and I've had bad cramping, and today day four on it I skipped day three due to cramps but today there was white seeds in stool and something strange at first it kind of looked flat and perhaps the width of a pencil but length maybe an inch whith white coloring but I went to make an appointment to see if this could be parasites and my doctors is out. Should I be concerned?
