What Do You Suggest For ADHD With Polycystic Kidney Disease When On Mtadata?

My son is 10 and he is ADHD and developmentally delayed and learning disabilities and has polycystic kidney disease and his doctor wants to put him on metadata ce. He was on strattera and he was always throwing up and complaining of his stomach hurting. I am worried about putting him on more medicine. What do you know about this meds.

The medicine given are perfectly fine. Throwing up could be due to drug induced Gastritis.
Lansoprozole along with Domperidone which is gastric motility increasing drug will be beneficial.
