HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can appreciate your concern for your mother, the WBC count of your mother being increased this is the indicative of some infection ( Bacterial ) blood born, other part of the body needs to be examined for the septic lesion, in this situation antibiotic would be the option and the best option is "Amoxicillin with Clavulanic acid" twice in day, the palette count is okay, this get disturb in case of infection and this will get to normal as soon as the infections cured, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
