My 10 year old grandson fell out of tree today about 15 feet up to ground. Knocked his breath out but took deep breath then ok. he has a knot on his back head. our concern is...He has a pain and a bump on his lower back right side of spine. Is this muscle possible bruised, or something to be concerned about
