What Do You Suggest For A White Cloudy Look That Appears While I Urinate?
Hi, I'm male. Sometimes when I urinate, there is this white, cloudy look that appears for a second or two whilst I just pee naturally and then goes back to the natural clear/yellow/etc colour it was before. And also at times, it burns when I pee. This causes me to stay on the toilet for over an hour because my urine doesn't flow, so I have to wait till it naturally flows but hurts. However, when that does happen, I never feel that I am completely empty in my bladder which is what causes the long stay round the toilet. And when the flow comes naturally, it's a tiny bit, and gives a shock/burn when I feel through my urethra. This can't be an STD as I have not had sex. So, what would explain it clearer?

White cloudy urine may be due to albumin in urine.Most common cause is chyluria due to filariasis.Chyluria is intermittent.But you also say that you have to wait for a prolonged period to pass urine and you never feel complete emptiness of bladder,and burning micturation.These symptoms may be caused by an infection or obstruction to the urinary tract.It needs further evaluation like urine examination for WBC calciuria or phosphaturia,culture and sensitivity to rule out infection.Also it may require cystscopy(bladder examination) to fin urethral stricture or any bladder pathology,Ultrasonogram to find any calculii.
So you better consult an urologist for further examination so that a correct diagnosis is arrived and treatment is accordingly
