What Do You Suggest For Bleeding After An Injury To Her Rectum?

Child (9 yr female) fell in the shower directly on the shower head. I believe has an internal injury to her rectum. Blood was coming from her rectum area (running down her inner thigh) but once I cleaned her up the bleeding stopped. Not sure if it is an internal or external tear. Is this something she needs to be seen for tonight in the emergency room? She fell on the actual shower knob on top of the spout. Two inch in diameter? I'm concerned about infection an possible internal bleeding?

hai,
Thanks for using Health care magic.Bleeding after a fall over a metal object may be due to external or internal injury .Definetely it needs examination by a Doctor & to plan further treatement.Since the bleeding has stopped after some time ,it wouldn't be deeper wound I hope.
