What Do You Suggest For Blurred Vision And Loss Of Sense Of Hearing After A Head Injury?

I hit the top of my hand on a corner at work really hard and almost fainted, my vision was blurred and I was starting to see white and started losing sense of hearing. I sat down and within 2 min felt better, didn't feel completely back to normal untill another 2 hours. Any idea what could of happend

Head injury effecting vision and hearing may be due toinjury of brain. Should go for MRI brain and consult neuro surgeon.
