What Do You Suggest For Concussion After A Head Injury?

Hi. I was in a car accident and hit my head, and now I have a concussion. The doctors told me not to play sports or exert myself to much. It has been three days and I decide to masturbate. In not worried it will cause some sort of issue like a brain bleed or death please help I m very scared. I m 16, and female.
