What Do You Suggest For Itchy Rashes All Over My Body?

I have a rash that started about a week ago and I can not find a pic to identify it. It started on my sides and back and has spread to my arms and legs. Small itchy pimples that spread rapidly when I scratch cortizone helps. doesn't seem to get worse but doesn't get better either. Changed laundry detergent about 5 months ago. Just started a new box of new detergent about the time the rash showed up. Not sexually active no rash in pubic area. Change sheets on bed regularly. A lot of stress in my life as I am going through a divorce and custody battle.

Hi,

It seems that it may be prurigo simplex which you have. There may be some cause like dust,pollutants,cosmetics,soap,grass,clothes..etc. the stress and anxiety or tension you have might be responsible for your condition. You. Consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis, Steroids in tappering dose, antihistaminics like levocetirizine and local application of steroid cream might improve the disease. You may be improved. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
