Hi,

I highly suggest to get her to the ER and get checked by a hematologist as soon as possible to get proper treatment in time.

Further investigations are needed to find out the cause to her acute diarrhea and weight lost that might have lead to anemia:
- abdominal ultrasound
- culture of stool for pathogenic bacteria
- fecal occult blood testing

Meanwhile, I advise to:
- take tasectan and probiotics for diarrhea
- give her plenty of water and O.R.S to avoid dehydration
- take iron supplementation

Once again, send her to ER as soon as possible for further evaluation!
