Your are suffering from constipation. This issue can be caused by several factors including bad diet (low fiber intake), chronic bacterial infection, hypothyroidism, medicines (ca-blockers, antidepressants), bowels obstruction due to inflammatory bowels disease (like Crohns disease). I suggest you to start with diet change. Please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol, sweets, chocolate. Increase fiber rich products and mineral water intake. Try to eat regularly every day at the same time. Start probiotic intake. If this wont help, stool test, stool culture test, blood work, thyroid tests. Please consider with your doctor Rifaximine treatment. If all this wont give any help, colonoscopy should be next.
Hope this will help. Regards.
