What Do You Suggest For Muscular Pain?

I started thronorm 25 in june when TSH reading was 8.09. TSH reading was normal in september and I continued with Thyronorm 25 but TSH reading shoot up to 210 in december. We went for FT3, FT4 & Sensitive TSH on 4th january which also showed increased reading of 160. Endocrinologish suggested antibodies test( Anti TP and Anti Tg) which came positive so he diagnosed it as HOSHIMOTO Thyroid and increased dose of thyronorm to 75. Now the test of FT3, FT4 & Sensitive TSH done on 11.2.14 shows TSH reading in normal range94.2), T4 is also normal(1.19), bot FT3 is slightly less than normal(1.34). But I have pain in lower ribs and back on left side, the endocrinologist advise Calcium and Vid D test that report is also normal, the pain responds in positive way by taking pain killers and paracetamol and also responds to heat treatment but comes back again. Chest Xray done by Orthopedic Surgeon is also normal and he says it is Myalia( Muscular pain). pain is unbearable it is like cramp pain.

HI. Thanks for a good history. In addition go for MRI of pituitary to rule out any tumor.
For the chest pain. Myalgia will not settle unless and until you give rest to the part. In your case - avoid all the movements of the upper limb and the body which increases strain on the chest wall. Repeat the X-ray in a left lateral position to rule out any fracture or pleural swelling ( you can request the radiologist directly telling him the site of pain) as these are easily overlooked.
