What Do You Suggest For My Baby's Constipation?

Hiiii doctor...
I am Sheetal.My 9.5 months old baby has constipation.doctor recommend her looz syrup. but he does'nt clear the dose & it is also not mentioned on syrup bottle. my baby is having this constipation problem through out this winters.although i m giving her gud nutrition food.Please suggest me,how i should give this syrup to my baby..

Give him one tea spoon three times in a day. Giye him ur breast milk and food which is full of fibers .
