sonographic findings cervix: 35.6x23 mm Uterus: CORPUS ANTEVERTED,MEASURING 57.4 x 39.1 x47.4 mm, Inhomogenous walls. Small coarse area seen.Posterior wall is thicker-18mm,than the anterior wall 8mm. Endometrium.: hyperoechoic, inhomogenous, measuring 14.6mm OVARIES: RIGHT: 28X20.8 X 22.9mm folicles OTHER FINDINGS: CUL-DE-SAC: No free fluid Remarks: normal sized uterus,consider adenomyosis thickened endometrium normal sized,polycystic ovaries
