Hello,

Things to be considered in your case are peripheral neuropathy or pinched nerves at level of neck.Burning sensation in tummy is likely due to gastric acid peptic disease and oral antacids can help with that. For arm symptoms you will need clinical evaluation with few investigation to determine the cause before treatment can be suggested. So see your doctor.Regards.
