What Do You Suggest For Post Nasal Drip?

I have had a persistent problem with post nasal drainage along with coughing for a couple of years now. Post nasal drip might describe this better. It lessens somewhat in the summer months but never really goes away. My sense of balance is poor and gets worse when the sinus problem increases Antibiotics have had no effect.
Is there any way of treating this problem with nasal drops or sprays etc.? My only medication is diazide for moderately high blood pressure . Age 78 Male
Thank you

Those problems are probably on alergic base. You may try desloratadine 5 mg. daily and intranasal cortocosteroids, such as fluticasone
