What Do You Suggest For Purplish Rough Skin After A Pet Dog Bite?

My granddaughter, ll years old, has Downs Syndrome. About ten days ago a pet dog lightly bit her hand. Now the skin there has turned purplish and is rough skin, not an open wound, it is closed on the two puncture sights. Now another similar spot has appeared on the same hand (all on top of the hand). Also, both hands had peeled on the palms and fingers. Skin has peeled off and new skin is pretty red. And her heels are peeling, too, but don t look as scary. Please tell me what this is? Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
Even if it is a scratch especially on hands and palms, need full course of antirabic vaccine
Maximum you can give her 3 injections on days 0,3 and 7 and observe the dog for 10 days.
If the dog is normal during 10 days observation then you may not give rest 2 injections on 14 and 28 days
