What Do You Suggest For Sun Burns When On Creams?

Hi my name is Nicholas am a 40 year old male. I have a problem with my skin, facial. I burn easily with the sun and I was advised to use a sun screen of over 50 spf. I try but most I use leave my face with pimples and uncomfortable.. I have a sensitive skin which is very oily. Even when I don't use anything my face will still burn. I look as though I once used lightening screams patchy. When am naked the rest of my body is light except my face is dark or black.. This affects my confidence at times especially when people stare at me. I would love to have my normal skin tone without using any harsh product or use a moisturiser that won't bleach my skin or make me even more dark, especially a natural one. I live in southern Africa where temps are very high. I hate taking pictures because I feel I look like two people. Especially when people tease that I used use skin lightening screams which are common here. Please help

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Usually sunscreen are oil based and hence cause pimples.

There are water based sunscreens available which provide greater relief and are not oily.

These will not cause pimples.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
