Hello!
I read carefully your query and I understand the concern you are going through.

PAP test is a test used to screen healthy women for cervical cancer. The cervical cancer is one of the few cancers that is preventable because abnormal cell changes can be picked up before they have a chance to develop into a cancer.

I don't think that abdominal pain and discharge are due to CIN3 because in this stage you don't have any symptom (that's why it is calle a screening test). This symptoms may due to an infection or other conditions that your doctor may evaluate.

.CIN is not cancer, and is usually curable

CIN 3 means the full thickness of the skin covering the cervix has abnormal cells.
CIN 3 is sometimes called carcinoma in situ. This sounds like cancer, but it isn't. It means that some of the cells look cancerous. But they are all contained within the skin layer covering the cervix. It will not be a true cancer until the cells break through the layer covering the cervix and spread into the tissue underneath..
All women with these smears should be seen within one month for colposcopy. If the abnormality is proven by biopsy, then treatment is recommended. Long term follow-up after treatment of CIN 2-3 is annual smears until age 70 years.

Treatment CIN 3 involves removal or destruction of the neoplastic cervical cells by cryocautery, electrocautery, laser cautery, loop electrical excision procedure (LEEP), or cervical conization.

Your OBGYN doctor will chose the most appropriate method for you.

Hope my answer has helped you.
Good luck.
