What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

My semen analysis shows: Sperm Count = 42 millions/ml, liquefaction time = After25 mins, Reaction = Alkaline, Motility : Active = 05% Slugglish = 45% Non motile = 50%, Morphology : Normal forms = 65%, Abnormal forms = 35%. Other findings : Pus Cells 6-8/HPF, Please let me know. Thank you

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your semen analysis report suggest that you have normal sperm count and normal morphology. But your sperm motility is reduced. You are suffering from asthenozoospermia. You should consult your doctor for that. Semen wash or artificial insemination techniques will help you to conceive.
