What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

I am a 30-year-old lady. Recently, I have been diagnosed with multiple fibroids in uterus. Follwoing is the result of the report: Uterus is anteverted and appears normal in size, shape & echotexture. It measures 75.2X 51.6 X 28.2mm. eNDOMETRIAL echo is seen in the midline and measures 5mm in thickness. A small subserosal fibroid measuring approx. 26.2 x 18.2 mm is seen at anterolateral wall in fundus region. Another subserosal fibroid measuring approx. 21.3 x 17mm is seen arising from right posterolateral wallof uterine body Adnexa Left ovary measures 26.3 x 22.7 x17.4 mm . Ovarian volume is5.4 cc and shows a dominant follicle of size 10.5mm.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your uterine ultrasound shows multiple fibroids.
Fibroids are benign smooth muscle tumors which do not cause any bad effect till they are asymptomatic.
Fibroids can cause menorrhagia, pain, irregular menstrual cycles.
When symptomatic, treatment is required.
Treatment varies from hormonal treatment to embolization to surgery depending upon the fertility status of patient.
Presence of dominant follicle in ovary is a normal finding.
