Size of the right ovary is 3.7X2cms with small multiple follicles and adherent to the uterus and shows PCOD nature. The left ovary shows a cyst of size 2.8X3.18cms with no echoes shown. Cul.de.sac has no free fluid. i have been recommended to get pregnant but my job doesnt permit me to concieve at the moment. Is there any other remedy?
The uterine ultrasound indicates tumor of fundal region with size of 2.1 X 2.0 cm. This tumor does not resolve with therapy and if symptomatic with heavy menses or pain, one has to get removed it surgically or laparoscopically. PCOS can be managed with hormone therapy for a period of time which will help you to prevent pregnancy as well.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
