What Does +2 White Blood Cells Mean?
My daughter is 6 years old an I have been told this evening she has got +2 white blood cells what does this mean ?? She also has pain around her belly button and also a temperature but this does go down with paracetamol her temp pecked at 39.3 earlier

It means she has pus cells in her Urine suggesting urinary tract infection.
2 + indicates the quantitative assessment
I would suggest oral antibiotic based on culture and sensitivity report of urine culture.
