What Does Citrobacter Koseri .10'8/L Microscopy Leukocytes 30 X 10'6/L Indicate?

I have just had a midstream test done on my urine, and the results were Culture Organism 1 Escherichia coli .10'8/L

Organism 2 Citrobacter koseri .10'8/L Microsopy Leucocytes 30 x10'6/L (<10) I had to leave Perth to fly back to Karratha in the north, and what can I do to help myself before my doctor can fly a perscription up to me I do not have a doctor up here as yet my age is 76 and I am very aware of my health Thank you for your reply Gloria Clayton

Hi
Looking at your reports it appears you are having urinary tract infection caused by E Coli and Citrobacter. Both are microorganisms (bacteria).
Discuss with your doctor for urinary antiseptics depending on the sensitivity of above microbes.
Have lots of fluids and ensure complete emptying of urinary bladder. You may repeat urine microscopy after treatment to check for pus cells.
