What Does FSH Of 5.97 And LH Of 2.54 From The Test Suggest?

we are married for the past 2.5 years. my age is 29 years . height 5.6 and weight 74 kgs. my periods are regular and i have a 26 days cycle. my hsg results shows that on right side there are adhesions around the fimbrial end(peritubal adhesions) and lt cornual end tubal block. further my fsh test shows fsh of 5.97 and lh shows 2.45 on the third day of my menstrual cycle. what should i do in this situation . is the hsg test always correct??? please help me. my husband's semen analysis is normal. reena khanna

you need to get a diagnostic laparoscopy performed and that will tell you the exact status of tubes and their patency and adhesions if possible will be lysed so that fertility is enhanced.
