What Does Preauricular Unilateral Well Circumscribed Multiple Nodule With Eosinophilis Suggest?

A baby of five years suffering from preauricular unilateral well circumscribed multiple nodule with eosinophilia.Incomplete regression with antibiotic ointment , oral administration of antibiotic and antihistaminic but increasing with topical steroid. What may be the probable diagnosis?

Hi, welcome to HCM.
It looks like lymphadenitis due to infection. In my opinion a 5 to 7 days course of antibiotics should be done. ESR can also increase in this. Take care.
